Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, especially those with co-occurring medical issues such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. As a trusted mental health professional, you will play a pivotal role in guiding these patients through their unique struggles, providing the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of patients with complex medical histories.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with patients.

• Strong ethical judgment, maintaining professional boundaries, and ensuring patient confidentiality at all times.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in integrated care settings, particularly those who have worked with clients experiencing both psychological and physical health challenges. Additionally, experience with telehealth service delivery is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
