Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate treatment plans, and develop personalized crisis management strategies, including behavioral guidelines and positive behavior plans.

• Ensure compliance with required documentation standards, completing records efficiently while upholding all regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to support clinical evaluations conducted with the team.

• Collaboratively create and execute positive behavior support strategies within multi-disciplinary teams, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, such as state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate client access to necessary resources and services.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high professional standards within the organization.

• Foster open communication to meet contractual obligations and promote the organization’s mission throughout the community.

• Network with local, state, federal, and private agencies to seek out and secure potential partnerships and funding opportunities for program development.

• Dedicate time to personal and professional development, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to stay updated on best practices in mental health.

• Contribute to the integration of the organization's mission and values, ensuring these principles guide your practice and interactions with clients.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director, supporting the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The population you will serve includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and recovery from brain injuries. Your role will be to provide empathetic support and effective therapeutic interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Active and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.

Preferred Experience\n
