Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and challenges.

Your work will primarily focus on a varied clientele facing a diverse range of challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience providing individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 1 year of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in trauma-informed care and experience in addiction counseling. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapeutic methodologies is also advantageous as you will be delivering services primarily through a telehealth platform.

Compensation and Benefits\n
