Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing contemporary, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to best fit each client’s circumstances.

• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients seeking virtual appointments, ensuring accessibility for those facing geographical or physical barriers.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation, fulfilling both ethical obligations and regulatory requirements to ensure accountability and quality of care.

Your client base will be diverse, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in disciplines such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
