Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches tailored to meet individual client requirements.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing a safe and supportive virtual environment where clients can explore their feelings, set therapeutic goals, and monitor their progress.

• Utilize teletherapy to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions due to geographical limitations or personal circumstances.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, which includes timely updates to electronic health records.

• Engage actively in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will mainly focus on a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family issues. By delivering remote therapy, you will help bridge the gap for clients who may find it difficult to access in-person mental health services due to location or personal constraints.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist.

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of direct therapeutic experience with clients.
