Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide support to clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to virtual tools and systems to facilitate seamless communication with clients and collaboration with our multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and design individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients using evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting clinical records accurately and securely.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to enhance client care, participating in regular meetings for case consultation, assessment reviews, and interdisciplinary strategy discussions.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them understand treatment options and resources available in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and stress-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
