Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history, current emotional state, and therapeutic needs, ensuring a nuanced understanding of each individual.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and needs, regularly adjusting these plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy in formats such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques effectively to support clients in emergencies, ensuring immediate and thoughtful responses to their needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to create a holistic treatment approach for our clients.

• Stay informed of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and research to integrate new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications\n
