Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also providing the necessary support and resources for comprehensive care. Our virtual environment fosters collaboration and communication through modern digital platforms ensuring a cohesive approach to mental health treatment. You will work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments for each patient, evaluating their trauma history and individual circumstances to inform effective treatment strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and client-centered therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide therapeutic sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma experiences, developing coping techniques, and achieving healing outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, acting quickly and effectively to ensure client safety.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and case consultations to stay informed on the latest advancements in trauma therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including those struggling with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociation. Your role will be vital in helping clients navigate their unique healing journeys through personalized, trauma-informed therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to manage client documentation effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings, with a focus on trauma-related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
