Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family counseling sessions, tailoring approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

• Employ integrative therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, and other modalities, to support clients in their journey toward recovery and growth.

• Perform thorough assessments to accurately diagnose mental health conditions, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while using electronic health records software.

• Engage in routine case consultations with colleagues to enhance service delivery and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, contributing to your own growth as well as to the knowledge base of our team through workshops and webinars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our client population encompasses those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health challenges. Your work will help bridge gaps in support and address the unique cultural and socio-economic factors impacting our clients' mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrable understanding of holistic and integrative health principles, enabling comprehensive client care.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., DBT, EMDR) will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
