Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, including medical, psychological, and social evaluation to identify current and potential mental health needs.

• Strategize and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices, with regular updates and revisions in response to patients’ progress.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group and family therapy sessions using evidence-based methods, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Provide training and support to facility staff regarding mental health resources, therapeutic techniques, and crisis management, to enhance the overall capacity of our Behavioral Health Department.

• Assist in the development of community outreach initiatives and resources that promote preventive mental health services.

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients, spanning varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will provide services to individuals facing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders, all within the supportive framework of our agency. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must possess an active and valid credential such as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, and adhere to the latest supervision and regulatory guidelines associated with these licenses.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services and crisis management, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
