This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining close connections with our clients and team members through virtual collaboration tools. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends on a rotational basis to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific circumstances, objectives, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively treat clients with mood disorders.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment pathways, coping strategies, and self-care techniques.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the therapeutic process.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and offer a holistic treatment approach, enhancing overall patient outcomes.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of mood disorders, integrating new knowledge and techniques into clinical practice.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical notes, assessments, and treatment protocols, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on individuals facing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, each presenting their own unique sets of challenges and experiences. As a clinician, your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their emotions, develop resilience, and achieve a higher quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably specializing in mood disorders.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a proven ability to achieve successful patient outcomes.

• Strong comprehension of psychopharmacology and capability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists for effective medication management.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in treating a variety of mood disorders and a history of effective patient engagement strategies.

• Previous experience in a psychiatric practice or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
