In this collaborative setting, you will work closely with various healthcare professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, employing clinical interviewing and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, addressing individual, group, and family dynamics.

• Engage regularly with a diverse team, collaborating on case coordination to provide comprehensive care for clients, which includes attending case conferences and contributing insights based on your expertise.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing proven de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Lead community outreach initiatives that promote mental health literacy and reduce stigma, helping to bring awareness and resources to underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults from multiple cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Proficient in establishing therapeutic relationships based on trust, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate rapport with clients.

• Exhibit cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse populations, respecting their unique backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational and time-management capabilities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or positions that involve crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and data management purposes.
