Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your workload from the comfort of your own space. You will utilize our secure online platform to conduct therapy sessions, leveraging modern technology to maintain effective communication with your clients. Although the work is virtual, you will be an integral part of our Community Health Clinic team, collaborating regularly with fellow therapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to each client.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular remote therapy sessions with individuals seeking support, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific situations.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental health objectives, taking into consideration personal histories and specific goals.

• Monitor client progress and engagement, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to best meet evolving needs and ensuring continuous improvement.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.

• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, participating in case consultations and contributing knowledge and insights to enhance the holistic care of clients.

• Stay updated on best practices, new research findings, and ethical standards in mental health counseling, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, addressing a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Your role is pivotal in not only providing therapeutic support but also empowering clients by equipping them with the tools and strategies they need to navigate their mental health journeys effectively. Your ability to connect and resonate with individuals from various backgrounds will be instrumental in fostering trust and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline.

• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proven ability to conduct individual therapy sessions effectively through virtual platforms, with a strong understanding of telehealth practices.

• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and professionalism while also being an effective collaborator in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
