Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling sessions to a wide range of clients, tailoring your approach to their individual circumstances and emotional needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and treatment requirements, establishing personalized treatment plans that effectively address those needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy, adapting your methods to align with client preferences and experiences.

• Maintain precise documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions that advance your clinical skills and broaden your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a valid LCPC license in Nevada, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of employment.
