Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interventions in compliance with organizational policies and insurance requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive client care and positive outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest research, intervention strategies, and clinical guidelines to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your capacity to work with individuals from different backgrounds and experiences will be essential in fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that promotes healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar area of study is required.

• Possession of active state licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential is essential for this role.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling to a wide variety of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Capability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a member of a collaborative healthcare team.
