Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their severity and frequency.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care practices to promote understanding and empowerment.

• Regularly monitor client progress, assessing the effectiveness of treatment and adjusting plans when necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mental health, particularly mood disorders, to continually enhance treatment practices.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans following legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals living with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and general anxiety disorders. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering culturally sensitive care that addresses the unique needs and experiences of each individual. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
