Empower Well Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling and will possess an independent license such as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. This role will primarily focus on providing comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services, including individual and group therapy, aimed at enhancing the emotional, cognitive, and social well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and behavioral problems, providing tailored counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including case notes and treatment updates, in compliance with department policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
