Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as part of the clinical team’s efforts to promote effective interventions.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to construct and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to specific client needs.

• Participate actively in the accreditation processes to maintain organizational standards of care.

• Act as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and relevant services to facilitate comprehensive case management.

• Foster open communication with stakeholders to ensure contract standards are met while promoting the mission and vision of Integral Health Care Center.

• Engage in networking with local, state, and federal organizations to expand our programs and secure additional resources for client support.

• Perform other duties as mandated by the Clinic Director to support organizational functions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing various mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders and individuals with developmental disabilities. Your role will involve supporting clients in navigating their personal recovery journeys, ultimately promoting improved health outcomes and community reintegration.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, coupled with a structured bonus system based on productivity to reward exceptional performance.
