Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Integral Health Care Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans that address clients' emotional and behavioral needs.

• Providing consultation and guidance in creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, as well as positive behavior support strategies.

• Completing accurate documentation for all sessions in compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic techniques as indicated by the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Actively participating in accreditation and licensing processes to ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with state regulations.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individualized client needs.
\n
• Facilitating strong communication channels with service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring clients have access to essential resources.

• Engaging in professional development activities, including attending conferences and training sessions, to maintain up-to-date knowledge in mental health practices.

• Taking on additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and enhance client care.

Qualifications\n
