Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining professional rapport while adhering to ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, review session goals, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, gathering essential background information to inform treatment strategies.

• Participate in weekly supervision sessions to ensure continuing professional development and address any clinical challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York is mandatory.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements relevant to our clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric populations and/or substance abuse clients is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
