Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to assist clients’ families in understanding and managing mental health challenges.

• Identify behaviors that may impede recovery and implement preventative strategies to support client well-being.

• Provide additional support to caregivers and family members, offering resources and guidance for managing mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package based on your productivity and experience, with an expected annual income ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000.
