Key Responsibilities\n

The LMHC will play a vital role in the integration of mental health services within primary care settings. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based interventions to provide effective therapy, education, and consultation to both Veterans and Primary Care Providers (PCPs).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices that cater to various mental health needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to support patient care and compliance with organizational policies.

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members to devise and implement holistic care strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

• Continuously evaluating treatment progress and modifying plans as needed to ensure ongoing support and improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves a diverse population of veterans and individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. Clients may present with conditions ranging from anxiety and depression to substance abuse and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 – 95,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials, along with a sign-in bonus for eligible candidates.
