Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Lead team discussions to create crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis planning and positive behavioral support plans, while adhering to regulatory documentation standards.

• Utilize various evidence-based screening tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and monitor patient progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive environment for clients, influencing policies and procedures to improve service delivery.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care delivered by Mile High Counseling Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional health challenges, substance use disorders, and those seeking recovery from traumatic brain injuries. Your expertise will help guide these individuals towards achieving their personal mental health goals and support their integration back into the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a full-time clinical internship in a mental health setting is required.
\n
• Must be eligible for licensure in the state of New York.
\n
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is necessary, as some outreach and community engagement may be required.
\n
• Outstanding communication abilities to build trust and rapport quickly with clients, fostering a sense of safety.
\n
• Exceptional listening skills combined with an empathetic approach to provide guidance effectively.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities to manage multiple cases and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Previous involvement in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus! We also offer monthly productivity bonuses to reward your contributions.
