Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring clients receive effective and impactful treatment.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to address varied mental health concerns.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals of all ages, couples, and families who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in delivering supportive counseling services to clients who might otherwise have limited access to mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
