Work Environment\n

While our foundation is established in our Atlanta outpatient office, this full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting. The workday typically runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique circumstances and develop personalized treatment plans based on their cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions effectively through individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies and distress, ensuring their immediate needs are met.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions focused on enhancing cultural competencies and therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will directly serve a vibrant and diverse patient population. Our clients range from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those navigating complex life transitions and trauma. Your role will contribute to enhancing the mental well-being of these individuals by delivering tailored, culturally-responsive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A solid understanding of a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Experience delivering therapy through culturally responsive methods, with the ability to build rapport with patients from various backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with a calm demeanor while handling challenging situations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and collaboration.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology applications relevant to therapy practices.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics, confidentiality, and effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
