Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform effective clinical treatment plans.

• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches that best suit the client's needs.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, providing regular feedback and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress.

• Utilize our dedicated telehealth platform to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring high levels of accessibility for clients facing various challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. Counselors will work with clients facing a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. By providing personalized therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Georgia as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport and trust with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively while ensuring high-quality care.

• Experience providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models and a desire to implement new approaches.

• Previous experience in a private practice or community mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Creekview Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
