Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the individual needs of clients, followed by the development and implementation of personalized therapy plans.

• Administer individual counseling sessions through various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, aiming to foster resilience and promote coping skills.

• Maintain a structured schedule of client sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups and adapting strategies as needed based on each client’s progress.

• Accurately document each session, including treatment plans and progress updates, utilizing our electronic medical record system.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and interventions.

Our clientele ranges from individuals facing anxiety and depression to couples seeking relationship counseling. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to work with diverse populations, including those from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families effectively.

• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems; familiarity with telehealth technology is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
