This role is vital for delivering high-quality mental health care through telehealth services, enabling our clients to navigate their mental wellness journeys effectively.

Work Environment\n

This position operates within a telehealth setting, allowing our therapists the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a consistent and supportive environment for clients. You will be interfacing with clients through virtual sessions, thus enabling you to connect meaningfully while ensuring convenience and comfort for those we serve. Our core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with a degree of flexibility on scheduling depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances, employing evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment planning.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that are appropriate to the client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards required in the mental health field.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a regime of comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment efficacy and the quality of care delivered.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and useful community resources, supporting informed decision-making.

• Stay informed regarding the latest research and advances in mental health practices to continuously improve therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health challenges including depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing much-needed support, ensuring that each client receives tailored approaches targeted at their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong understanding of solution-oriented psychotherapy interventions, allowing for a personalized approach to therapy for each individual.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and families.
