Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client mental health needs, history, and strengths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you work with will range from adolescents to adults, each facing various challenges including trauma, anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with diverse clientele.

• Adept in organizational skills and time management to effectively balance client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and familiarity with relevant technology.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.

Compensation and Benefits\n
