Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices to address their unique mental health concerns.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining and achieving personal goals and milestones in their mental health journey.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect a solution-focused approach, informed by your professional expertise.

• Document progress and changes in clients’ conditions accurately using designated telehealth platforms to ensure seamless communication with team members.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay current with best practices and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing stable, low-acuity mental health conditions. Our approach to care is centered around supporting clients who are ready to engage in therapeutic processes that promote their well-being. This client population requires counselors who can provide straightforward strategies and skills, helping individuals to manage their conditions with confidence and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and telehealth tools to deliver effective counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on your experience and the hours you choose to work. In addition to our salary, we provide:
