Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring regular communication and therapeutic engagement through digital sessions.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized, person-centered treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals.

• Evaluate and document client progress through meticulous record-keeping and regular updates in our electronic health record system.

• Hold weekly individual counseling sessions while offering support, encouragement, and insightful feedback to guide clients in their personal journeys.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to offer comprehensive care that meets the holistic needs of our clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in mental health, thereby improving service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients may present with a diverse range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse disorders, and trauma-related challenges. As an LPC at our center, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, focusing on personalized therapy that addresses their specific circumstances and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a proven ability to handle diverse client issues.
