Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans for clients with diverse mental health concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually and in group settings, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in regular case reviews to optimize client outcomes through a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, workshops, and training to remain current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
