Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, adapting techniques as needed to best serve clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a supportive and therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to share and heal.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive client care, participating in regular case meetings to discuss treatment progress and strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of professional integrity.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training workshops, staying abreast of the latest mental health research and practices to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

King Rail Youth & Family Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a bonus structure that rewards performance.
