Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their unique situations and needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive compensation package with a salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our counselors enjoy unlimited earning potential through bonuses based on performance. We also provide a SIGN-ON BONUS to welcome you onboard!
