In your role as an LPC at High Point Advance, you will work remotely from the comfort of your home while interacting with clients through telemedicine platforms as well as in our outpatient office in Friendswood, Texas when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and proper documentation.

• Actively participating in workshops and ongoing professional development, staying informed on the latest mental health research and practices.

• Collaborating with a team of other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients, focusing on integration between mental health and overall health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and capabilities, along with potential bonuses.
