Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead supportive group sessions that empower clients to share experiences and learn from one another. Your role will involve creating a safe space for discussions on mental health and personal growth.

• Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling to clients, helping them navigate their thoughts and feelings while developing personalized coping strategies and action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their specific needs and aspirations, ensuring approaches are both effective and meaningful.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track clients' progress and outcomes. Continuous evaluation will guide modifications to treatment plans and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n
