Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, fostering positive relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and future appointments, including planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and refining individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and client records.

• Conducting intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring consistent support for clients’ mental health journeys.

• Participating in individualized supervision sessions for professional development and support.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

We require that candidates meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted LPC license that is active and current.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Proficiency in using technology, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for client management and documentation.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Comfort in performing comprehensive intake assessments and facilitating therapy sessions.
