Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and working collaboratively to develop therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, review treatment plans, and make necessary adjustments geared toward client stability and discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect the individual needs and goals of each client.

• Complete thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client session.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.

• Participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, maintaining open lines of communication to effectively coordinate care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth, providing therapeutic support for a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
