Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy strategies, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments to address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based practices for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff—to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of advancements in mental health care, improving service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
