Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical evaluations.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy, individual therapy, and family sessions, fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and other relevant information while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
