Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans for clients, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Provide effective and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing varied mental health challenges.

• Utilize multiple therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy based on individual client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and holistic care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health, actively participating in workshops and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele spanning various demographics and presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Candidates must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in a clinical setting is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
