Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health and situational circumstances to formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic interventions in one-on-one sessions, as well as group therapy settings when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all sessions using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure an integrated approach to care.

• Uphold strict confidentiality protocols to protect client information and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
