Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing professional rapport and maintaining ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered on each client's unique needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including intake assessments and progress notes for all clients.

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions that focus on therapeutic goals and client engagement.

• Participate in regular supervision to reflect on practices and integrate feedback into client work.

Qualifications\n
