Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your role will include:

• Carrying a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular follow-up meetings with clients to assess progress, ensure stability, review upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' histories, needs, and treatment goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions to promote mental health recovery.

• Engaging in weekly individual supervision to reflect on clinical work and enhance professional skills.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure integrated care and positive treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on youth clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. By employing evidence-based practices tailored to adolescents, you will play a critical role in enhancing their resilience and overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations facing substance use challenges.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and delivering both individual and group therapy.

• Basic computer skills for managing electronic health records and documentation. Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
