Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Apply a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, adapting techniques to meet each client's specific goals.

• Foster an open and supportive therapeutic relationship by delivering individual and group therapy sessions, while skillfully navigating sensitive topics and emotional challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, enhancing clients' treatment experiences by integrating insights from various professionals.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring all documentation is current and reflective of client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
