Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to deliver therapy services that are tailored to the unique needs of each client. You will:

• Guide therapeutic sessions with couples, facilitating discussions that foster understanding and resolution of conflicts.

• Provide specialized support for a variety of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job stress, communication difficulties, and adjustment to divorce.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records following HIPAA guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Sierra Mental Care Center will primarily involve serving adult and child/adolescent populations who are experiencing a range of psychological and relational issues. You will play a vital role in helping families navigate challenges related to separation, blended family dynamics, and interpersonal conflicts, ultimately leading to more positive family interactions and improved individual mental health outcomes.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
