Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth or in the outpatient office, catering to a diverse range of mental health concerns.

• Assist clients in recognizing and reducing high-risk behaviors, such as self-injurious behavior (SIB) or physical aggression.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including the Child Family Treatment Team, to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the nuances of each case.

• Document all client interactions, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and share recommendations that enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Watertown Regional Counseling Center will work with a breadth of patient populations, focusing particularly on children, adolescents, and their families navigating complex behavioral and emotional challenges.
