Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, providing in-home therapy where necessary to address the unique needs of clients.

• Foster improved decision-making skills among youth and caretakers to facilitate effective management of behavioral challenges at home.

• Engage effectively with the Child Family Treatment Team and other interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress through intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in monthly staff meetings, offering insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults, dealing with various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational difficulties. The ideal candidate will approach client interactions with empathy and cultural sensitivity while employing a wellness model that highlights strengths rather than solely addressing symptoms.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle are essential for conducting in-home therapy sessions.

• Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, to ensure the safety of our clients.
