Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions and group workshops, focusing on strengths-based therapeutic practices that enhance clients' mental health.

• Facilitate anger management workshops and teach coping strategies to youth and families, aiming to reduce high-risk behaviors.

• Assist in improving decision-making skills for youth and caretakers, enabling them to effectively manage in-home behavioral challenges.
\n
• Collaborate regularly with the Child Family Treatment Team and other interdisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to state regulations and organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute recommendations for service improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, providing essential support to adults, youth, and their families. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license is essential.

• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours, preferably from 4-7 p.m.

• A clean driving record and access to a registered vehicle for potential home visits if needed.
\n
• Successful completion of a background check, including fingerprinting, is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing positive behavior support in a therapeutic setting to clients of all ages.

• Familiarity with community resources and navigational skills in connecting families with needed services.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment while also managing independent caseloads.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload availability.
