Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough consultations and provide guidance to interdisciplinary team members to devise effective treatment plans.

• Administer age-appropriate assessments and deliver targeted interventions to address various mental health issues.

• Lead and facilitate parent support groups and create therapeutic spaces focusing on the challenges related to adoption and children prenatally exposed to substances.

• Perform developmental evaluations for children to monitor their progress and inform treatment approaches.

• Design and implement training sessions for clients, social workers, educators, judges, and other mental health professionals to enhance their understanding of family therapy dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage directly with couples, individuals, and families, emphasizing the importance of holistic care. Your expertise will assist couples in resolving conflicts while also providing individual therapy to address personal issues. Special attention will be given to children and adolescents, particularly those facing developmental challenges or emotional difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• Current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in family therapy or related mental health services.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and educational background.
